The prestigious Teen Services Bermuda Outstanding Teen Awards highlighted the best of Bermuda's young achievers.
Teachers, counsellors, church leaders and other members of society nominated those students they deemed most deserving of recognition. Here is the full list of winners and just some of the comments made about them.
Overall Outstanding Teen -- Mariangela Bucci (BHS): "A hard working and dedicated student who extols the virtues of great intelligence, unwavering self-discipline, astute leadership and endearing humility.
Visual Arts Male -- Domico Watson (Bermuda High School): "This young man is deemed a very capable draftsperson, communicating well, both in abstract and observational forms of work that he has chosen to focus on."
Visual Arts Female -- Chloe Brookes (BHS): "A quietly inspirational young lady who embodies the meaning of perseverance."
